Nadim Ahmed received his Juris Doctorate from Thomas Jefferson School of Law in San Diego, California. He holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration from San Diego State University’s School of Business and an undergraduate degree in Hospitality Management from Auburn University.
In addition to understanding personal injury law, Nadim understands people. Working with a client who’s been injured, whose life has been turned upside down, is his forte. Nadim knows the pain and frustration every injured victim feels after an accident, and he works tirelessly to get his clients’ lives back on track as quickly as possible. He has made it his quest to restore people’s confidence in the personal injury legal profession.
Prior to founding Colorado Injury Law, Nadim practiced law in California and Colorado. As a young attorney fresh out of law school, Nadim quickly learned what it takes to be a successful lawyer in a highly competitive setting like California. He brought those skills and experience to Colorado, where he’s been practicing personal injury law since 2017.
Nadim is admitted to practice law before the state bars of Colorado and California and the U.S. District Court, District of Colorado. He’s a member of the Colorado and Denver Bar Associations and the Colorado Trial Lawyers Association. In 2020 Nadim was nationally recognized as one of the top 10 personal injury attorneys in Colorado under 40 years old for his excellence in the field of Personal Injury by the National Academy of Personal Injury Attorney’s. A native of Las Vegas, Nevada, Nadim currently resides in Denver, Colorado, where he lives with his two rescue dogs, Thanos and Rogelio.
Phil Amos was born and raised in East Central Indiana. He joined Colorado Injury Law as head of its litigation team. Phil obtained his Juris Doctorate from Penn State in 2013. While in law school, he served as Vice Justice of Phi Alpha Delta and was a member of the school’s prestigious advocacy program. Phil completed his undergraduate education at Purdue University where he graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration.
Phil began his litigation career in 2014, where he represented victims who were exposed to harmful materials and who contracted various diseases as a result of the fallout from the September 11, 2001 terrorist attacks. This traumatic experience shaped Phil into the advocate he is today.
Phil now focuses on personal injury law and bad faith litigation where he represents those who are injured by the negligent and reckless acts of others. Phil has represented hundreds of injured clients throughout Colorado and has recovered tens of millions of dollars for them in the process. He is most admired for his $5.3 million recovery for a family seriously injured in a car crash while on vacation in Colorado. Phil truly understands the difficulties his clients go through and always goes above and beyond to help make their lives whole. Phil prides himself on not only getting the best results for his clients but working with each client closely and educating them along the way.
Currently, Phil is a member of the Denver and Colorado Bar Associations, the Colorado Trial Lawyers Association, and was trained at the National Institute for Trial Advocacy. When he is not working, Phil enjoys playing golf and spending time with his friends and family.
Anthony was born and raised in Las Vegas, Nevada. While growing up, Anthony played basketball and had the opportunity to travel across the US for AAU Basketball. Having played since he was eight years old, he credits much of his competitive mindset to the sport. In addition to athletics, Anthony is also an avid chess player. Having grown up in Las Vegas, he thanks Sin City for teaching him many life skills, such as knowing when to walk away during black jack!
Anthony attended Chapman University in Orange, California where he obtained his Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration. He obtained his Master’s Degree from Concordia University. Anthony began his professional carrier working in professional sports representing athletes in the NFL and NBA. While employed, he was able to meet some of the best players in the industry at that time, such as Dwight Howard, John Wall, and Shawn Marion. Dan Fegan, Anthony’s boss and mentor at the agency, a graduate of Yale School of Law, inspired him to attend law school. Anthony graduated from Thomas Jefferson School of Law at the top of his class with Summa Cum Laude honors. Anthony Perez is now licensed to practice law in California, Nevada and Arizona.
Leslie thrives on the fast-paced nature of her work at Colorado Injury Law. She’s organized and smart and has a kind and caring way with people. She understands the turmoil that an individual goes through in the weeks following an accident. She listens to each person’s situation and offers encouragement. Clients appreciate that they’re not in this alone.
Leslie started at the firm as a receptionist. She enjoyed interacting with the clients and quickly began a deep dive into personal injury, learning everything she could about the industry. She’s a hard worker with exceptional people skills and was soon promoted into her current position as Case Manager.
Ongoing communication between Nadim and Leslie, a compatible work ethic, and shared values bode well for the firm’s clients. The two work in tandem to streamline the legal process as much as possible. Leslie enjoys working with an attorney who shares her compassion for what their clients are going through and wants to do everything possible to make things right for them.
Originally from El Paso, Texas, Leslie grew up in Denver and considers herself a Colorado native. She stays in shape at the gym and loves Latin dancing and shopping. Her two dogs just might be the luckiest dogs in Denver; she’s an absolute animal lover.
Daniel Castilla has over ten years of experience working in the political and legal fields. He has worked extensively with prominent politicians and ambassadors through his work with the United Nations and affiliated organizations as an international policy expert. Once in the legal field, he managed the largest criminal defense law firm in the State of Colorado and now uses his expertise in negotiations and business operations to help bridge the gap between clients and legal professionals. There is no issue too big or too small that he won’t be able to handle without a smile!
Daniel graduated Cum Laude with Honors from Florida State University with a B.S. in Political Science and International Affairs. He has held several leadership roles for Student Government Association, Model United Nations, Mock Trial, Interfraternity Council, and Phi Kappa Psi. Daniel is also fluent in Spanish (and soon Russian), and will be more than happy to assist with any translation requests.”
Attorney Nadim is a true advocate. I was with another attorney at BIG FIRM for two years prior to meeting with Nadim. They were only able to get me a low offer that I wasn’t willing to accept. Then, when I asked them to go to court for me, they dropped my case.

Initially I was denied by two other firms. Then I met with Nadim. He listened to my story, reviewed the police report and immediately got working on my case. Within a couple of weeks, he was able to get the insurance company to reverse their liability decision and accept 100% liability! Nadim and the entire staff at CO Injury Law are great at their jobs. They have great communication and kept me informed throughout the entire process. I cant say thank you enough for their help and for fighting the insurance company for me.
